back to school, back to normal life

the rest of my trip in atlanta was wonderful

we had the best fro-yo ever at menchies, twice

i got to go to IKEA for the first time & i'm in love, haha

and plenty of time to just hang out

i'm so glad i have awesome friends

God has truly blessed me

this past weekend i went home so i could see my family

mostly to see jackie & her rock :)

i got to spend time with my parents, which i truly value that time

they are probably the greatest parents anyone could ever ask for

i'm so glad i have such a wonderful influence on my life

saturday night, angela & i planned out all of jackie's wedding, haha

we're really excited about it and being the maids of honor :)

we're headed to nashville this coming weekend to go to the flea market & go wedding dress shopping!

its going to be sooo much fun!

i have an opportunity to go to tunisia [north africa] in may for 2 weeks with my SCF group

this is something i really feel that God is calling me to do

i feel that He wants to push me out of my comfort zone & stretch me

i've been praying about it... a lot

i have all my SCF friends praying

phil is praying in indy

jen is praying in atlanta

it's just really close to jackie's wedding

so i'll continue to pray, please be in pray with me

i'm going to enjoy some apple cider from fall fest & study a little bit

just when i thought things couldn't get any better... they did.

JACKIE & AUSTIN GOT ENGAGED LAST NIGHT---FINALLY!!! :) :)

i'm so excited for her & austin!

they're looking at a may wedding, which means i have a lot of planning to do, haha.

we're going dress shopping in two weeks in nashville :)

there aren't enough words to describe how excited i am!

the south

i'm in atlanta.

it's absolutely wonderful.

after being in the car for 9-ish hours, sara & i arrived last night around midnight.

today:

-we slept in

-had a picnic with guy, jen, alex & patrick

-went to the waffle house museum

-went to lenox park mall, which was huge

-had dinner at this really cute little place downtown, it was absolutely delicious [p.s. LUNA for MAYOR-- in 3 years]

-chillin' at jen & guy's apartment

-we'll be watching book of eli here shortly

overall, it has been grand.

tomorrow, we'll be going to church & napping & having fun & everything else wonderful that can happen.

i love being here with these people.
